Facilities equipped for module replacement, high-voltage interlock repair, contactor replacement, and cooling system servicing. For aging assets, we perform pack rebuilding, precise cell matching, and cell balancing to recondition the battery and extend its operational lifecycle.

Post-repair, batteries undergo strict performance validation and State-of-Health (SoH) testing. We generate insurer-ready compliance reports, provide residual value certification for remarketing, and prepare assets for EU Battery Passport regulatory alignment.
