  • Batteries

    CATL LFP liquid-cooled high-voltage packs, scalable from 281.9 kWh to 700.2 kWh. A proprietary PTC thermal management system delivers a 0.5°C per minute heating rate, retaining ≥90% capacity even at -20°C. Backed by an 8-year or 480,000 km warranty assuring a State of Health (SOH) strictly above 80%.

  • Motor & Axles

    Weight-optimized ZF AV133 drive axles with a lowered housing for a completely step-free centre aisle. Central motors up to 240 kW and 3,500 Nm peak torque, supplemented by auxiliary rear motors adding 135 kW and 1,700 Nm on articulated models. Low-maintenance hub units plus precision ZF RL82EC front axles and double gasbag air suspension for a stable, agile ride.

  • Steering system

    An advanced steering system developed by CRRC with BOSCH steering gears (model 8098, or 8095 for 8.5m versions), providing effortless handling with a maximum steering effort of only 40 N. Paired with ZF AV133 drive axles and precision ZF RL82EC front axles for a smooth, stable ride on demanding urban routes.

  • Driver Cabin

    Premium ISRI ergonomic seating (model 6860-875 NTS2), airbag-cushioned and climate-controlled, with integrated safety and off-seat alarms. Fully customizable Actia Podium II dashboard. HD digital mirror system replacing exterior mirrors.

  • Doors

    High-performance configurations with inswing double front doors and space-saving sliding single doors. Smart photocell automatic closing with manual override. Optional integrated LED red, green and white warning signals.

  • Bodywork

    High-strength stainless steel chassis engineered for exceptional corrosion resistance and a prolonged operational lifecycle exceeding 20 years. An automated spray-painting process with a full-body dipping bath applies a 25μm primer layer before the durable final coating. Exterior plating uses lightweight, durable aluminium and fiberglass panels.

  • Colours & Design

    Sleek aerodynamic architecture with closed roofline and sharp front profile. Fully customizable exterior for complete brand integration. 100% regulatory-compliant labels and displays to European standards.

  • Exterior Lighting & Panels

    Intelligent triple-LED drivelight system with automated damping during boarding. Distinctive LED handrail taillights and multi-tiered indicators. Modular quick-replace front and rear panels to minimize downtime.

  • Roof Layout

    Optimized structural architecture with customizable finishes. Strategic CATL LFP battery placement front and rear for balance. Ultra-fast-charging ready, accommodating an optional Schunk SLS 102/103 pantograph system positioned over the first axle.

  • Windows

    Premium double glazing for thermal insulation. Customizable darkening tint with optional sunscreen films. Fully transparent windshield and entry glass for uncompromised driver visibility.

  • Tyres

    Michelin X Incity EV Z tyres engineered for EV bus loads and torque. Progressive grip across all weather. 10% longer life and 13% better rolling resistance for lower operating costs. Note: the EU08 model utilizes Michelin 265/70 R19.5 specifications.

  • Exterior Displays

    Premium Hanover RGB LED displays, readable in any condition. 360-degree front, rear and side positioning. Fully configurable messaging for route, branding and local policy.

  • Information Displays

    Dynamic ITxPT-compliant ultra-wide stretched LCD TFT screens. Configurable as 48.5-inch ceiling-mounted monitors (1500 nits) along the central aisle, or 37-inch monitors (700 nits) along the top sidewalls. Brightness and placement tailored for perfect readability from any seat.

  • Digital Cameras

    Aerodynamic mirrorless HD camera system. 360-degree blind-spot elimination (Class V, VI and VIII plus lateral array). Class II and IV compliant with active blind-spot detection.

  • CCTV & ADAS

    Full-coverage CCTV across cabin, boarding areas and saloon. Local MDVR recording or live streaming to control. Streamax active safety suite with ADAS and driver status monitoring.

  • Fire Extinguishing System

    A first-aid station plus two P6A ABC 6kg manual fire extinguishers. High-voltage battery compartments are independently protected by an automatic suppression system from Beijing Century Star. Localized heat-detecting sensors operate reliably from -40°C to 90°C, complying with ISO vehicle fire extinguishing vibration standards.

  • Contrast Markings / Disabled Area

    High-visibility contrast markings on elevation changes and ramps. Automated boarding illumination during ramp deployment. Accessible interior and exterior entry controls for wheelchair users.

  • Air Conditioning

    Songz BMD VI & III electric air conditioning and heat pump units with an integrated battery thermal management system, built from lightweight LFT and high-strength aluminium alloy and running R410A refrigerant. As an advanced green upgrade, operators can select a Konvekta or CLING natural CO2 (R744) system.

  • IT Equipment and Software

    Onboard 4G/5G Wi-Fi plus USB-A and USB-C charging. Automated passenger counting at 99%+ accuracy. Open software architecture for ticketing, diagnostics and licensing.

  • YES-EU ICV System V1.0

    Proprietary connected-vehicle cloud platform for real-time fleet visibility, energy curves, safety alarms and driver efficiency. Remote VCU software updates and over-the-air diagnostics. Predictive maintenance that shifts service from reactive to predictive.
