Instant Upgrades
Advanced passive balancing automatically aligns module charges (~10% SOC/day), letting installers simply stack new batteries onto existing systems, saving 3 to 4 hours of expensive labor.
Built for real homes.
Tight Spaces installation
Because the Home BESS features a Volumetric Energy Density (VED) that is 35% above the industry average, it maximizes energy storage in minimal space. If you want to install a battery in a narrow garage or a small closet, a standard 4-module system (providing a robust 12 to 13 kWh of energy) stands exceptionally compact at just 0.74 to 0.75 meters tall. Its sleek, hidden-wiring design without decorative panels means it looks clean and unobtrusive anywhere in the house.
Effortless Upgrades for Growing Families "Easy Retrofit"
Imagine buying an electric vehicle or installing a heat pump a few years after your initial battery purchase and suddenly needing more energy. With traditional systems, aligning the State of Charge (SOC) of old and new batteries is a tedious process that can take a technician 3 to 4 hours. Because the Home BESS features an advanced passive balancing capability of about 10% SOC per day, a technician can simply bring a new 26.5 kg module into your home, stack it directly on top of your existing system, and leave. This saves 3 to 4 hours of on-site labor, translating to roughly 180 to 240 Euros in savings just on retrofit installation costs.
Surviving Extreme Weather
Not everyone has the indoor space for a battery, meaning it must be installed outdoors where it is exposed to the elements. If you live in an area prone to severe weather, the Home BESS’s die-cast aluminum enclosure is IP66-rated and offers 72-hour flood resilience. Furthermore, if you experience freezing winters, the battery operates flawlessly down to -20°C and can discharge without needing an internal heater, keeping your home powered even during freezing winter grid outages.
Dynamic Tariffs
Energy markets are changing, and homeowners can now make money by buying electricity when it is cheap and selling it back to the grid when it is expensive (dynamic tariffs or VPPs). This requires charging and discharging the battery multiple times a day, which degrades standard batteries quickly. The Home BESS is engineered for extreme longevity, offering 8,000 cycles with its standard cells and up to 15,000 cycles with the premium Kunlun cells. This means you can participate in daily energy trading without voiding your warranty or destroying your battery's lifespan. Even in a standard self-consumption scenario (1 cycle a day), the superior energy throughput of the Home BESS can result in up to 1,764 Euros in additional savings over 10 years compared to competitors, while still retaining 80% of its battery health.
Peace of Mind
Installing a high-capacity electrical device in a home with children requires absolute trust in the product's safety. The system uses inherently stable LFP chemistry and features an ultra-low failure rate (<1PPB), having passed the industry's most brutal abuse tests, including nail penetration and extreme heat (hot box) tests. Additionally, unlike many smart home devices, the Home BESS’s battery pack operates with zero Wi-Fi, completely eliminating any cybersecurity risks or hacking concerns.
Savings on Initial Installation
Heavy traditional battery systems require two or more specialized installers, driving up your initial invoice. Every single component of the Home BESS, including the battery modules, weighs less than 30 kg (each module is just 26.5 kg) and features integrated handles. This allows a single installer to carry the modules down a flight of stairs and easily click them together. This lightweight, no-fuss design saves approximately 60 to 95 Euros per hour on labor, cutting total installation costs significantly. Over the entire lifespan of the product, the reduced logistics, installation, and maintenance efforts can save you up to 154 to 194 Euros per kWh.
Faster, cheaper, simpler to deploy.
One-Person Installation
Every component, including the individual 26.5 kg battery modules, weighs under 30 kg and comes with integrated handles. This ultra-lightweight design enables a single installer to carry and set up the entire system without a helper, saving at least 300 Euros a day (or 60 to 95 Euros per hour) in labor costs.
Zero-Friction Assembly
The system is built for an ultimate installation experience with no side screws needed between modules and no decorative panels to attach. It also utilizes a hidden wiring design, making the physical installation exceptionally quick, clean, and straightforward.
"Stack and Leave" Retrofitting
Traditional battery upgrades require technicians to spend 3 to 4 hours on-site manually aligning the State of Charge (SOC) between old and new batteries. The PR-S4 uses an advanced passive balancing capability of ~10% SOC per day, allowing installers to simply stack the new module on top and leave, saving 3 to 4 hours of expensive on-site labor (roughly 180 to 240 Euros).
Simplified Training & Procurement
The battery is designed as a "One SKU fits all" solution that works for both residential and commercial (C&I) setups. Because the installation mode is exactly the same for both scenarios, it completely streamlines procurement and saves massive amounts of time and cost in training installers.
Reduced Logistics & Storage Costs
The modules are packed in highly compact dimensions (600×400 mm) that are fully compatible with standard Euro pallets. This standardized design cuts storage and logistics costs by over 20% (saving roughly 2.55 to 3 Euros per kWh).
Highly Versatile Placement
The system's exceptionally small footprint only requires a minimum clearance of 10 cm from the wall. When paired with its IP66 weatherproof rating and optional wall mounting, installers have the ultimate flexibility to easily place the system indoors, outdoors, or in very tight, low-clearance environments.
Configurations from 2 to 19 modules in series (44.8V / 75.2Ah / 3.3kWh module, 14S1P; max 4 stacks in parallel). Also available with 63.6Ah (3.2kWh) and 52Ah (2.99kWh) cells.
